Relax as you observe the lazy boats going by on the river. If you like spices, this is a good time to get your fix. Otherwise, your host can help you get a milder version of the Thai delicious dishes. What better way to indulge in the after-lunch dip than going on a slow boat ride around the Ayutthaya island? Take a look at the local houses built on pillars just above the water and learn more about the Thai lifestyle from your host.

Time for another delicious snack! Go off the beaten track and check out how the Roti Saimai is made right in front of your eyes. As you get your sweet tooth fix, it might be a good idea to get some for later on. Head towards the final stop of your awesome Ayutthaya trip the less known Wat Warachet Tharam Temple where you’ll find out more about its unsettled history. Enjoy the quiet walk around the temple site as there are rarely crowds coming this way.
